ggsc

Visualizing Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics


Bioconductor version: Release (3.20)

Useful functions to visualize single cell and spatial data. It supports visualizing 'Seurat', 'SingleCellExperiment' and 'SpatialExperiment' objects through grammar of graphics syntax implemented in 'ggplot2'.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.4") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("ggsc")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
