spanishoddata: Get Spanish Origin-Destination Data

Gain seamless access to origin-destination (OD) data from the Spanish Ministry of Transport, hosted at <https://www.transportes.gob.es/ministerio/proyectos-singulares/estudios-de-movilidad-con-big-data/opendata-movilidad>.
