The only required options are selecting the "Memo folder".
Set folder to store notes.
If checked, the filename is changed when the first line of the note is changed.
When opening notes, set as read only mode.
You can choose the note which is opened when Tombo starts. To set notes, choose the note what you want to open and select "Options" menu first. Then, push "Use selected" button.
To cancel start up notes, press "Use blank" button.
Set password timeout (in minutes). When a password has been entered to encrypt/decrypt a note, TOMBO keeps it for use later. If no activity occurs for the timeout period (or you use the clear password option), then the password is erased from memory (and must be entered again later). See these notes about passwords.
Set font name you want to use. You can select fonts for each view. By default, Tombo use system default font.
From 1.7 beta 5, you can choose clear type fonts. Check "Use cleartype font" check box. Notice to use clear type needs OS's support.
Set date format. Its are used when you use insert date(menu)/Ctrl-1/Ctrl-2 on edit view.
Set edit view options.
If checked, Tombo keeps caret position. Caret position information are kept in *.tdt
Set tab stop. If you choose true type font(non fix width font), tab stop position may be out of order.
If checked, window title are changed when notes are opened. Some task manager decide apps by window title, you may check off if you want to use these applications.
If checked, you can use hardware button as action buttons. Check button number thatyou want to use.
This change is activated upon next execution of the program.
If checked, you can input RETURN code by action button. By default, TOMBO close the note by it.
Select codepage TOMBO uses.
This feature is not fully tested, please use your own risk.
Usually select "Default(English)". If you want to use Greek codepage, select "Greek".
In the setteings "Greek", TOMBO use original conversion library and you will read/write file as Greek. TOMBO doesn't support other languages yet. If you want it to, send me a request.
