Extra dependencies needed by RAP runtime build

Note: old version of javax.servlet (3.0.0.v201103241727) needed by tomcat bundle which has package dependencies to javax.servlet [3.0.0 ... but the actual javax.servlet bundle (3.0.0.v201112011016) exports packages as 2.6.0 (Bug 382300).

org.mockito.mockito-core-hamcrest-modified_1.9.5.jar is used by the Neon build of ECP to solve their dependency problems to hamcrest.

Oxygen M6: Remove all Jetty 9.3.5 bundles which should be taken from the Jetty repo now (version 9.4.1).
